Returns and Cancellation policy
Every consumer has the right to terminate the agreement within 5 days of receive an order. In such a case, the contract has not been concluded, and the parties pay each other with mutual benefits (ie the consumer returns the goods purchased and the seller returns the price paid by the consumer).
The exercise of this right is possible if the buyer meets the following conditions:
• the product has not been used, copied or in any way damaged,
• the returned product is accompanied by a receipt, if necessary, warranty, and return the completed form, which can be obtained on request by writing to the address email@example.com
In the event that the buyer will return the seller a product that does not meet these requirements, the seller sends it at the expense of the Buyer.
We guarantee a refund of the product purchase price + shipping charges. Money will be refunded within 10 working days by bank transfer to an account.
At the time of receiving of goods from the postman / courier we ask you to carefully check the status of the package delivery. In case of damage of the packaging or sealing tape, please write down a complaint report with the courier and immediately contact us. Any complaints in this regard will be considered only after delivery signed by you and the courier complaint protocol.
